These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Bharathi Boutique & Designs website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide (including name, phone number and delivery address) is accurate and current. Any person using this website represents that they are holding a valid payment method accepted by Razorpay.
When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. We may suspend or close an account that is used in violation of these Terms.
All products shown on this website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display product colours, fabric and details accurately, but due to natural handwoven variations, screen settings and photography, the actual product may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email after payment is authorised. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order — for example, to prevent fraud, where an item is out of stock, or where we cannot deliver to the given address. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.
Orders for custom stitching (made-to-measure blouses and other tailored pieces) are made specifically to your measurements. Because each piece is crafted for you, custom stitching orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the piece has a material defect or is not made as per the shared measurements.
Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier networks, weather or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Our returns and refund process, including the 48-hour issue reporting window for damaged or incorrect items, is documented in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, logos, product designs, graphics and the overall look and feel — is the property of Bharathi Boutique & Designs or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
